Our skid mounted semi-mobile solutions are ideal for primary, secondary and tertiary feeding, crushing, screening, sand washing, conveying and stock piling applications in quarrying, mining, recycling and construction. Lauds semi-mobile machines feed, crush, screen, wash, convey and stock pile coal, aggregate and sand at throughput capacities of up to 800MTPH with feed sizes of up to 1000mm.

Our skid mounted, semi-mobile solutions comprise of standard, heavy duty machines supplied to you complete and ready to run. All machines in this range do not require concrete foundations and are designed for rapid installation and easy integration with the rest of our product range. Lauds supplies standard modules which are configurable and scale-able and therefore allow our customers to start small and change or grow their processing plant as demand increases. The complete crushing and screening plant can be set up and operating at full capacity within days form arrival on site. These tried and tested machines are designed to handle the harshest conditions and toughest rock in all types of applications.

All vibrating screens supplied by us can be fitted with meshes, slotted, poly panel or fast screen heavy duty scalping and finger screening solutions that can withstand the toughest of applications.
